No Of course not! Both whatsApp and facebook are unsafe as they are 3rd party apps and parents can not control who will be calling or contacting there kids. We would never allow any such apps that can compromise kids security.
Please go to the app and turn restrict unknown calls option on. Please make sure its set to ON.

KIDSOCLOCK smartwatch requires a nanosim card. It works alongside our mobile app which is fully controlled by parents.

KidsOClock has sourced Low Cost sim plans specially for our Australian customers. KidsOClock uses Australia’s trusted mobile network. Using parts of Telstra’s 4G and 3G mobile network, KidsOClock provides a 4G coverage footprint of 97.9% and a combined 3G and 4G coverage footprint of more than 98.8% of the Australian population covering 1.6 million square kilometers.

New Zealand: customers can use any Network Providers like Vodafone, Spark, 2Degrees,Telecom ,Woosh and even MVNOS that use networks of any of the providers.

KIDSOCLOCK GL20 smart watch requires a nanosim card included with the watch for Australian customers. New Zealand customers can use any telecom provider.

Kidsoclock now comes with a free sim card for all our Australian customers. You can check our sim plans for details.

There are no lock in contracts or ongoing fees. KidsOClock watches come with prepaid Sim plans. Which can be cancelled or paused any time via customer panel.

We have received this question from many parents and the answer is YES. KidsOClock watch has upgraded GPS Sensor and it has no issues with precise calculations of your kids Location. If you experience any issues feel free to contact us for a recommended GPS setup using our Smart App.

KidsOClock Gl20 is ip67 water and dust resistant. It can easily take basic water activities like washing hands or rain etc. ip67 is not meant to be use for swimming or submerging in water.

KidsOClock V1
Previous model of KidsOClock is rated ip65. Its only basic level of coverage and most water activities should be avoided.

Note: water damages are not covered by warranty.

You can track your child’s location through GPS on the map in our mobile app.
Only parents who have access to the app can track the GPS location of the child.

Please make sure you have inserted the sim properly. After inserting the sim in the slot insert it in with plastic small black spatula in the box ,it should make a click sound. Then go to settings and restart the watch

Please make sure you have turned the Night saving mode off as suggested in the setup instructions and set up the correct time zone.
Please note that fast chargers are only suppose to be used for product they are built for. Our USB chargers support 5V1A charging ports and do not support fast charging.
